Here we filet most of our fresh fish and create delicious dishes to serve to our many local customers and summer visitors! At the Drydock we have been cooking from scratch for close to 30 years!

Our Mussels are harvested in Blue Hill Bay on the western side of Mount Dessert Island. These are the best mussels in the state of Maine. Served with a lime, white wine, cilantro and chive cream sauce. Delicious!
Taunton Bay Oysters! These oysters are raised in the clear, cold waters of Taunton Bay, North of Bar Harbor at the head of Frenchman’s Bay. This company is known for producing a high quality local oyster!
Maine Scallops are one of our favorite seafood! Served baked in butter, pure and simple or sautéed with garlic, julienne carrots, red peppers, fresh parsley, white wine and a touch of lemon!
Lemon Butter Haddock is created with fresh native haddock lightly seasoned and broiled in lemon butter!
Mary’s Salmon is marinated with brown sugar, lemon and fresh dill. Baked in the oven and served with a creamy horseradish sauce!

Halibut season is the beginning of May until June 30th! During that time we have local fishermen bringing in this delightful seafood! Halibut being one of the favorites! We serve this seafood a variety of different ways. Chilean Halibut is lightly coated with a crispy rice cereal batter and pan seared and served with a creamy lemon grass veggie slaw. Just delicious! Also coated with a creamy horseradish sauce and baked in the oven until cooked to perfection!
