Branch Lake offers swimming, boating, walking and spectacular natural beauty. The lake is one of the larger bodies of water in the area and contains primarily lake trout and small mouth bass. It is also home to loons and eagles which can be seen on their fishing expeditions. The cottage has two canoes to help you explore this beautiful lake.
 

Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and Acadia National Park offer hiking on mountain trails with a range of difficulty levels from very easy to strenuous, biking on the National Park's many miles of carriage paths, whale watching, sailing and, of course, eating lobster and shopping!
